31. IMO: Sasha Banks

I'M BACK!!!!!! It has been legit 9 days since I have done a blog. I just recently got a new job and I have been working like crazy. However, I finally got that under control and I am ready to get back into this blog. So today I am doing a "IMO" post. And in honor of the recent rumors and appearance today at Raw, I am doing Sasha Banks! So let's get started...

So Mrs. Sasha Banks, there is so much to say but I am going to just list 3 things about her that I want to talk about with her. Those are her wrestling, character, and being a fan or in her words "I am still a Mark at heart".

Wrestling: Okay so Sasha is one of the best workers in the ring that I have ever seen. Not only as a women, but as a wrestler in general. When I see her matches I know I am in for a true contest of wrestling because she delivers everytime. Sasha's move-set is very heel and very unique. Like she isn't a lucha, She isn't a powerhouse. She isn't technical. She is a bit of everything, and that comes rare in WWE. Sasha is just so innovative in the ring that she always keeps the fans interested. Her and Charlotte are quoted as the Trish and Lita of the next generation. However, I firmly believe that Charlotte and Sasha are better than Trish and Lita when it comes to in-ring ability. Sasha has trust in her ability and has trust in the girls she gets in the ring with. She has never had a bad match in NXT, and to be quite fair, none of the girls in NXT have put on a bad match.

Character: I love talking about Sasha's character. So for those who don't know, Sasha Banks' character is "The Boss of NXT". She is an arrogant diva in NXT, which is polar opposite to how she is in real life. Sasha's character is one of the best character's to be generated out of NXT. That is another thing that NXT has that WWE doesn't, and that is authentic characters for their women. Sasha's character plays a key role in her matches. She knows that she has a character that is mean and she puts that into her matches. She will have the best character on the main roster when she does debut on Main Roster. Sasha came into NXT as a generic babyface. She became frustrated with it and reached out to her real life cousin, Snoop Dogg. She knew that everyone called Snoop a "Boss" so she grabbed that role and ran with it. She got some tips from Snoop on how to be a "Boss" and she became the Boss of NXT. I am so glad that she reached out to Snoop because he, in a way, added a spark to the big flame of her becoming The Boss.

She Is Simply A Fan: Sasha started watching wrestling when she was a little girl. She actually claims that she never watched divas growing up, she watched the men. She was a huge fan of Eddie Guerrero. She knew that when she saw him that she knew she wanted to become a wrestler. She wrestled indies for a little bit, then went into NXT. That is the one thing that I love about Sasha. She is a fan of the product. Nowadays, WWE hires models, pro athletes, and bodybuilders. And at times they dip into the Indy pool. Sasha is a pure fan of the product and still claims to be a "mark". It is hard to find a diva in WWE who was a fan since they were a child. She was such a fan that she missed family functions and even her own grandpas funeral to not miss WWE on TV. Of course, they don't have to be a long time fan in order to be known as a great WWE Diva. Sasha being a life-long fan of WWE just adds more appeal to her with fans. Because she knows what it is like to be us.

In Conclusion, Sasha Banks will go down as one of the best women's wrestlers. All of the 4 Horsewomen will go down as some of the best. Sasha has such a promising career here in WWE and according to her, "I will be doing this forever". Sasha Banks will be a great diva in WWE. I hope she does debut tonight on Raw (July 13, 2015) along with Charlotte. I wish Sasha Banks the best of luck in WWE and hopefully I get to meet her one day.
